Witness appeal following collision in East Clandon
Surrey Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision in East Clandon.
Surrey police officers were called to Staple Lane yesterday (8 August) at around 12:45pm following a collision between the driver of a car and a pedal cyclist.
The cyclist, a woman in her 50s, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The driver, a woman in her 70s, was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by careless driving.
We are looking to speak to anyone who might have witnessed this collision, or anyone with CCTV, dash-cam or helmet-cam footage that may have captured all or part of this incident.
