We are appealing for witnesses following a fatal incident in Bishop’s Waltham this afternoon (Thursday 14 August).

Police were called at 2.12pm to reports of a collision on the B2177 Winchester Road in Bishop’s Waltham.

This involved a blue Land Rover Discovery and a red Ducati motorcycle.

The motorcyclist, a man in his 60s from Bishops Waltham, was pronounced deceased at the scene.

His family have been informed.
