Appeal for witnesses and footage following robbery in Andover
We are appealing for witnesses, information and footage following a robbery on Anton Lakes footpath in Andover.
During the incident, which occurred between 11pm and 11.55pm on Monday 29 September, the victim – a man in his 20s – reported being approached by two men, who subsequently assaulted him by repeatedly punching him in the face.
The two unknown men then stole the victim’s black crossbody bag, which contained his glasses, identification and documents.
The victim suffered facial injuries and grazes to his legs as a result of the assault.
The first man we’d like to speak to in connection with this incident is described as;
• White
• Aged between 20 and 29 years
• Skinny build
• Wearing a black hooded top, black trouser bottoms and using an old-style mobile phone (not a smart phone)
The second man we’d like to speak to in connection with this incident is described as;
• White
• Aged between 20 and 29 years
• Large build
• Wearing a black hooded top and black trousers bottoms
