A man has been charged with robbery following an incident in Farnborough.

Officers were called to a report that a woman in her 20s was grabbed by a man on Prospect Road just before 7am on 10 October.

Her bag was stolen, and the man fled the scene. Officers launched an investigation and made an arrest yesterday (13 October).

Lee Morris, 46, of Chaucer Road, Farnborough, has since been charged with robbery. He is due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates Court today (14 October).
