Appeal for witnesses following shoplifting in Newport

Hampshire and Isle Of Wight Constabulary are appealing for witnesses after it was reported that a woman walked out of TK Maxx on Pyle Street, Newport, with two pairs of shoes that she had not paid for.

The incident took place on 12 September between 1:00pm and 1:35pm.

Following enquiries we are now able to share an image of a woman who we believe may be able to assist with our investigation.

She is described as,

  • Between 50 to 60-years-old
  • Around 5’8” tall
  • White
  • Medium build
  • Long purple and pink hair
  • Wearing a long green coat and blue jeans
