Councillor Simon Martin, Leader of Fareham Borough Council, said: “With LGR well underway in Fareham we have been busy making plans on our key priorities between now and 2028, which is the Government’s deadline for the new larger councils to be set up. Let’s Talk Fareham is about listening, sharing, and working together so these events are a chance for residents to hear what’s been achieved so far and to help shape what comes next.”
Councillor Ian Bastable, Deputy Leader of Fareham Borough Council, said: “This is a pivotal moment for Fareham and the outcome of LGR will affect everyone so I would urge people to come along if possible on the 6 December, or meet us online on 26 November.”
