Fareham Borough Council has been shortlisted for Development of the Year at the South Coast Property Awards 2026.

The shortlist recognises recent commercial development at the Council-owned Faraday Business Park at Daedalus relating to two major developments at the site:  Bristow Helicopters’ dedicated new search and rescue training facility which is nearing completion, and Eaton’s new advanced manufacturing facility which will replace its long-standing base at Abbey Works in Fareham.

The Council wishes to acknowledge the huge support received from its appointed agents, Realest and Lambert Smith Hampton, for their efforts in helping to bring these developments forward.

The South Coast Property Awards celebrate development, investment and collaboration across the region’s property and construction sector. Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony to be held on 11 June.
