Appeal following serious collision in Uxbridge
Police are appealing for information following a serious collision in Uxbridge on Monday, 20 April.
Officers on patrol were alerted to a collision between two cars at around 23:30hrs at the junction between West Drayton Road and Hubbards Close, Uxbridge.
Officers immediately responded, joined by the London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance.
A 35-year-old woman, the driver of a grey Vauxhall Astra, was taken to hospital with life‑threatening injuries and remains in a critical condition. Two passengers in the car, men aged 25 and 29, were also taken to hospital where their injuries were assessed as neither life‑threatening nor life‑changing.
The two men were arrested on suspicion of possession of a class B drug with intent to supply and possession of a bladed article. The 25-year-old is in police custody while the 29-year-old man remains in hospital.
A man in his 40s, who was the driver of a blue Tesla, was taken to hospital with injuries not deemed to be life-threatening nor life-changing.
Police want to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the collision or may have CCTV or dashcam footage which could support the ongoing investigation.
