Officers investigating a cannabis factory in Portsmouth are appealing for witnesses and information.

At around 2:00pm on Tuesday 25 November, officers attended an address on Havant Road in Portsmouth, where they discovered a cannabis factory.

As part of our enquires, we are looking to identify a man seen near the address, who may have information which could assist our investigation.

The man has been described as:

• Asian
• Aged 20 – 25
• Skinny build
• Approximately 5ft 5inches – 5ft 7inches tall
• Wearing a grey jumper and black jogging bottoms

We are appealing for anyone who saw a man of this description behaving suspiciously in the area around the time to report this information to us.

We are also keen to speak to any one with doorbell, dashcam or CCTV footage from the surrounding areas, including Waverley Road and Aldsworth Close, from around this time which may show a man of this description.
