Appeal for witnesses following criminal damage incident in Chandler’s Ford
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a reported verbal altercation between two men and subsequent criminal damage in Chandler’s Ford.
During the incident, which occurred at approximately 10am on Friday 29 August, it’s reported that a vehicle’s rear window was smashed with a bike chain at the Asda car park on Bournemouth Road.

A 37-year-old man from Southampton, who was arrested in connection with the incident, on suspicion of criminal damage, common assault and blackmail, has since been released on conditional police bail, pending further enquiries.
