Cyclist seriously injured in Winchester fail to stop collision
We’re appealing for witnesses to a fail to stop collision in Winchester which left a cyclist with serious injuries.
At around 11am on Tuesday 26 August, the cyclist – a man in his 50s – was riding downhill on the B3330 North Walls when he was involved in a collision with a car.
He sustained serious injuries to his ribs and back, however these are not deemed life-threatening.
The car, which was described as a cream coloured 07 reg vehicle with an H in the registration and similar to a Ford Fiesta, did not remain at the scene.
Did you witness this incident, or perhaps capture it on dash cam? We are keen to hear from anyone with information, and in particular would urge the driver involved to come forward.
