Hedge End, West End and Botley open their community grants this autumn
The Hedge End, West End and Botley (HEWEB) Local Area Committee is pleased to announce that its community and youth grants programme will open this autumn.
While the community grant window has now closed, the youth grant will be open for applications from 24 November to 16 January 2026.
Funding priority will be given to projects that promote health and wellbeing, create vibrant and inclusive places, protect the local environment, or strengthen community connections.
Eligible applicants must be not-for-profit organisations with a constitution, a bank account requiring two signatories, appropriate insurance, and safeguarding measures in place if working with vulnerable people.
Local groups are encouraged to get involved and bring forward their ideas.
Cllr Cynthia Garton, Chair of the Hedge End, West End and Botley Local Area Committee, said:
“We urge local partners and residents to share this announcement with charities, organisations and clubs across our communities, so as many as possible can take advantage of this valuable opportunity.”
The Bursledon, Hamble and Hound Local Area Committee community grant programme also remains open year-round, with awards made at committee meetings as appropriate.
