Cllr Fred Birkett, Executive Member for Housing, said: Providing access to safe, affordable housing for those in need is one of the Council’s top priorities. This new Draft Allocations Policy reflects that commitment.

I encourage everyone with an interest in local housing to read the policy and share their views through the survey. Your input helps us make sure our approach is clear, fair, and meets the needs of the community.”
