Officers investigating an exposure incident in Portsmouth are releasing an image of a man they would like to speak to, who may be able to provide them with further information.

Hampshire police received a report that between 11:50am and 12:20pm on Friday 19 December, a man was seen exposing himself on Railway View.

Officers have been carrying out extensive enquiries to establish the full circumstances, such as reviewing CCTV in the area, and are now releasing an image of a man who was seen in the area at the time who may have information which could assist us.
