A man has pleaded guilty to burglary, assault and driving offences following incidents in Hook and Fleet.

Jamie Drablow, 25, of Wiltshire Road, Wokingham, was charged with:

  • Burglary dwelling and theft
  • Assault by beating x 4
  • Common assault
  • Drive whilst disqualified
  • Use a vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance
  • Possessing a controlled drug of Class B

It comes after officers received a report that a television, Xbox, alcohol and an internet router had been stolen from an address on Holt Lane, Hook, on Friday 22 August.

Officers also responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on The Key, Fleet, at around 2am on Sunday 24 August.

Officers found Drablow asleep in a VW Golf. He tried to flee the scene but was quickly apprehended and detained.

Following enquiries carried out at the scene, officers established Drablow had been disqualified from driving until September 2027 and the vehicle was not insured. He then assaulted five police officers.

Drablow appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Tuesday 26 August and pleaded guilty to all offences.

He was remanded into custody and is due to be sentenced at Winchester Crown Court on Thursday 25 September.
