Man charged with attempted murder – Oxford
Following a Thames Valley Police investigation, a man has been charged with attempted murder in Oxford.
Nelson Williams, aged 27, of Leopold Street, Oxford, has been charged with one count each of attempted murder, affray and possession of a knife in a public place.
The charges relate to an incident in St Aldates on Wednesday (26/11), in which a man in his twenties was assaulted inside a building in St Aldates Courtyard. He sustained serious injuries and remains in hospital.
Nelson Williams has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court today (28/11).
