Durrell Lemonius, aged 34, of Balfour Road, pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of class A drugs, namely crack cocaine in a hearing at Oxford Crown Court on 12 February 2026.

On the same day, Lemonius was sentenced to a total of six years imprisonment.

A forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs under Section 27 of the Misuse of Drugs Act.

On 7 January 2026, officers were made aware of a drug deal taking place at the rear of Balfour Road. Officers attended the area and found Lemonius interacting with an individual which was believed to be purchasing drugs at the property.

The individual was stop searched under S23 Misuse of Drugs Act. During this search, 2 wraps of suspected class A drugs were found and seized.

Under suspicion of supplying class A drugs, Lemonius was detained and in his property, officers found weighing scales, a phone, money and class A drugs.

Lemonius was arrested and was charged the following day.

“Our activity will be both visible and covert and aimed at pursuing offenders involved in the supply of drugs.

“Lemonius will now search a prison sentence as a result of his illegal activity, and I hope that he spends time reflecting on his actions.”
