Men sentenced for drug dealing offences – High Wycombe

Following an investigation by Thames Valley Police, two men have been sentenced to prison for drug dealing in High Wycombe.

Kamal Brown, aged 27, of Micklefield Road, High Wycombe, was sentenced to three years and seven months’ imprisonment after pleading guilty to two counts of being concerned in the supply of a Class A drug, namely crack cocaine and heroin, at Aylesbury Crown Court on Friday (7/11).

James Reid, aged 37, of Lingfield Close, High Wycombe, was sentenced to one year and ten months’ imprisonment suspended for 18 months after pleading guilty to two counts of being concerned in the supply of a Class A drug, namely crack cocaine and heroin, at the same court on Friday (7/11).

Officers were able to track down the pair through investigative work, which led to their arrest on 23 January where they were also charged with the offences the same day.

Investigating officer, Detective Sergeant James Hoskin, of Buckinghamshire’s Proactive Team, said: “Our team will proactively target and prosecute offenders, and our activity will be both visible and covert aimed at disrupting and pursuing those involved in the supply of drugs.
