Following an investigation by Thames Valley Police, a man has been charged with attempted murder in Maidenhead.

Trejsi Jahollari, aged 18, of Slough, was charged yesterday (13/8) with one count each of attempted murder and possession of an offensive weapon.

The charge is in relation to a stabbing in Desborough Crescent on Monday (10/8) where a man in his twenties was stabbed in the garden of a property.

The victim remains in hospital in a stable condition.

Three other people have been released on bail in relation to this investigation.

Jahollari is due to appear at Reading Magistrates Court today (14/8).
