26-year-old man charged following exposure incident in Eastleigh
A 26-year-old man has been charged following an exposure incident in Eastleigh.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary received a report just before 5pm on Sunday 3 May that a man had been seen exposing and inappropriately touching himself in an alleyway between High Street and Wells Place.
Justin Luke Miller, of no fixed abode, has been charged with two counts of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child under 13, exposure, failing to comply with sex offender register notification requirements, and breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
He is due to appear at Southampton Magistrates’ Court today (5 May).
