Jason Eastwood, 29, charged with burglary offences in Farnborough
A man has been charged with burglary offences following reports of incidents at nine addresses in Farnborough.
Jason Eastwood, 29, of no fixed abode, has been charged with:
- Burglary dwelling – with intent to steal x 3
- Burglary dwelling and theft – no violence x 2
- Attempt burglary dwelling with intent to steal x 4
- Vehicle interference
It comes after officers received reports of burglaries at five addresses on Lauderdale, Briars Close and New Dawn Close. A number of items, including jewellery, cash, headphones, a car key and a purse were reported stolen.
We also received reports of attempted burglaries at four addresses on New Dawn Close, Lauderdale and Highfield Road, as well as a report of vehicle interference at the address on Lauderdale.
All offences are said to have taken place on Monday 11 May and Tuesday 12 May. Officers launched an investigation and made an arrest on Monday 18 May.
Eastwood has since been charged with the 10 offences and is due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates Court today (20 May).
